Return Process

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Package Your Items
Carefully pack your footwear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the boots are protected from damage during transit.
- 3.Ship to Our Workshop
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our master cobblers inspect the returned items for quality and condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
