Our standard turnaround time is 10 to 14 business days from the date we receive your footwear at our workshop. This allows our master cobblers to ensure every stitch and finish meets our quality standards.
Do you offer a warranty on your repair work?
Yes, we provide a 6-month warranty on all craftsmanship and materials used in our repairs. If you experience any issues related to our workmanship, we will rectify it free of charge.
How do I ship my boots to your facility?
Once you place an order, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply pack your clean boots in a sturdy box, attach the label, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Can you repair luxury designer brands?
Absolutely. We specialize in high-end fashion brands and use premium replacement components, such as Vibram soles and specialized leathers, to maintain the integrity of luxury footwear.
What happens if my boots are beyond repair?
If our experts determine a boot cannot be safely or effectively repaired, we will contact you immediately to discuss options. In such cases, we provide a full refund of the repair fee and return your boots to you.
Is it possible to track the status of my repair?
Yes, you will receive email notifications at every stage: when your boots arrive, when they enter the repair process, and when they are shipped back to you with a final tracking number.
